what we collect
If you fill in the contact form, we receive the name, organisation, email address, phone number and message you provide. We do not collect anything else. This website uses no tracking cookies, no analytics and no embedded media.
Why we collect it
We use this information only to answer your message and, if it leads to work together, to arrange that work. We do not use it for marketing and we never sell or share it with third parties.
Where it is stored
Your message is stored in the website’s own database, hosted by TransIP in the Netherlands, and is sent by email to jp@caboverdemusicagency.com, which runs on Google Workspace. We keep messages for as long as they are relevant to our contact with you, and no longer than two years after our last exchange.
YOUR RIGHTS
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to jp@caboverdemusicagency.com and we will respond within thirty days. If you are not satisfied, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
